Lettuce is the traditional wrapper, but ssam can use any sort of wrapper. You then add all manner of accompaniments to the base dish to create amazing bespoke deliciousness…
Our twist is that we take our ssam fillings from our repertoire of Southeast Asian inspired dishes… incredible cuisines from extraordinary countries…
