Our latest pop-up at YALM is Jus’ Winging It.

The Suffolk-based team have been serving up fried chicken since 2002 all over East Anglia and cannot wait to get cooking in YALM.

The menu will focus on their signature wings and includes the gold medal ‘South Carolina Honey Mustard BBQ’, alongside ‘Buffalo Soldier’, ‘Gochu Get Thru This’ and much more.

The pop-up will be running in the main hall from 5th November and serving up award-winning wings all day long.
