It’s official – our next pop-up will be Roost Rotisserie.

Launched in 2025, Roost is all about one thing done very, very well: proper rotisserie chicken. Behind it are two familiar faces from Norfolk’s food scene, Daniel ‘DJ’ Clare and Benedict Hemmens, bringing years of experience from the likes of Farmyard, The Ingham Swan, The Wildebeest, Stoke Mill, Woolf & Social and The Bicycle Shop.

The menu will centre around their signature Gressingham free-range, corn-fed rotisserie chicken, cooked fresh every day and served as whole or half birds with house-made sauces and chicken-fat new potatoes.
