Bushes
Bushes are a four-strong all-female singing group based in Norfolk, crafting atmospheric folk compositions, and reviving traditional ones. Cecily, Deva, Fuchsia, and Lydia take their name from the first song they learned together, Bushes and Briars. They sing mostly unaccompanied, using vocal harmonies to reshape timeless lyrics. Weaving folk tunes into new forms, they maintain a connection to those who sang before, a long lineage of women who speak through song.Join us at Yalm for another special evening celebrating outstanding live music in the heart of Norwich.
Enjoy food and drinks from Yalm's independent kitchens and bars before the performance.
