HUSTLE x Yalm x NORFOLK & WAVENEY MIND - Guided Breath Work Charity Event
This April, we are joining forces with Norfolk & Waveney MIND in their campaign ‘30 Day Challenge to Stress Less’ as part of Stress Awareness Month. Together, we want to raise awareness of what effects stress has on people’s everyday wellness, and what can be done to help manage it.
Following from the success of our HUSTLE & BREAKFAST sessions at Yalm as part of Well-Being programme, we will be hosting an exclusive Stress Awareness session on Friday 14 April. As well as raising awareness, we will also be raising money for Norfolk & Waveney MIND with a percentage from ticket sales donated to the charity.
Starting at 7:30am in Yalm, you will be guided through breath work and meditation with Coach Andy, focussing on how changing your breath can not only help with stress, but improve your wellness.
“Most people don’t realise how you’re breathing day to day and whilst you sleep, can be applying chronic low level stress to your system, leaving you in a compromised position to then deal with the unavoidable stressors life throws at as. By learning to breathe well day to day, alongside specific targeted breathing exercises to reduce our level of stress, we greatly improve our physical as well as mental health.”
The session is 45-minutes and finishes with a nutritious breakfast served by our friends at Toast.
