This evening the Norwich Jazz Club are excited to present Cuban vocalist Beny Luis as he leads his band in an evening of songs drawn from his homeland’s rich traditions of Trova, Filin, Bolero and Son.

Featuring Joel Knee (trombone), Fernando Depestre (piano), Frank Portuondo (bass) and Tristan Butler drums, percussion & musical direction) this evening’s set comprises music from some of Cuba’s most influential song-writers, including Pablo Milanés, Silvio Rodriguez, Beny More, Polo Montañez, Joseito Fernandez and many more.
